When hiring team members we look for intelligent, friendly people who work well with others and comfort patients with care and kindness. Our team is comprised of talented, hard working people who strive to understand our patients’ needs while treating them with respect and kindness.
Because our team members play such an integral role in the successful treatment of our patients, we include them in every aspect of the practice. Every morning we meet to discuss treatments for all of our patients, and review new developments in the dental field. Every month we have a team meeting over lunch, and the dentists teach staff members about new techniques, medications and treatments, as well as discuss clinical and staff issues requiring the understanding of the entire team. In addition, all staff members attend regular continuing education programs both locally in Kansas City and in other major cities like Chicago or New York. We spare no expense to ensure our staff is qualified to provide the best dental care available.
Front Office and Business Staff

Debbie: Front Desk Office Manager
Debbie is our Front Desk Office Manager, and a certified notary public. She possesses the uncanny ability to know almost all of our patients by name upon sight. She is often overheard chatting with patients about dental and personal issues, but maintains the efficiency necessary to accommodate a large number of patients, and manage a busy front office. These unique qualities allow her to aid each patient in a personalized manner.
Debbie has worked in dentistry for 30 years, and in our practice for 20. She was a dental assistant until six years ago, so she commands knowledge of both the clinical and business aspects of our practice. Outside of her professional life, Debbie has been a devoted wife for 30 years and is the proud mother of two successful adult children.

Stacey: Assistant Manager
A great muti-tasker, Stacey works in both our front and back office. She schedules appointments, plans treatment, and handles patients' accounts. When she isn't making people smile, Stacey enjoys weight lifting to stay fit. She and her husband relax by spending time with family and friends.

Dawn: Front Desk Assistant
Dawn earned her degree in medical billing and coding before joining our team. She performs many front-office duties that keep the office running smoothly. From scheduling and insurance prequalification to accounts receivable and treatment plan follow-up, our patients are in good hands with Dawn in the office. In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors, hiking, camping, horseback riding, and four wheeling.
Clinical Staff
We employ five dental hygienists and three dental assistants. Their efficiency, skill and calming presence is imperative to the success of our practice.

After work, she enjoys photography, scrap booking, and spending quality time with her son, family and friends.

Karen: Registered Dental Hygienist
Karen graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2003 and currently holds membership in the American Dental Hygienist Association. She finds joy in helping our patients claim gorgeous smiles and healthy mouths. Karen also likes getting to know our patients on a personal level and building long-term relationships with them. She and her husband, Cliff, have a mini longhaired dachshund named Bailey. On the weekends, Karen likes to golf, garden, and take walks with Bailey.
